工作职责Job Responsibilities

1、  根据公司的业务规划，建立和完善工厂财务运行机制，如成本分析、利润规划等；编制产品线各项目各决策点的财务评估分析报告；提出相应的改善措施并跟进实施；产品成本数据维护，成本月结，不断寻找机会，改善产品成本和公司运营成本；

According to the company's business plan, establish and improve the factory financial operation mechanism, such as cost analysis, profit planning, etc .; Prepare financial evaluation analysis reports for each decision point of each product line project; propose corresponding improvement measures and follow up implementation; maintain product cost data , Monthly cost, constantly looking for opportunities to improve product costs and company operating costs

2、  参与编制公司年度预算，季度滚动预测及预算执行情况分析报告；及时总结、落实预算方法，推动公司各部门预算能力提升；

Participate in the preparation of the company's annual budget, quarterly rolling forecasts and budget performance analysis report; summarize and implement the budget method in a timely manner, and promote the improvement of the company's budget capacity;

3. 负责工厂财务系统模块的上线工作，并协调各系统模块与部门的衔接

Responsible for the manufacturing finance system on-boarding, and coordinate with other functions in the system as well as other department.

4  根据公司业务特点，与业务部门密切合作， 使各业务部门能够及时、便利地获得准确的运营相关的财务数据或财务政策指导，支持决策流程；

According to the characteristics of the company's business, work closely with business departments to enable each business department to obtain accurate and relevant financial data or financial policy guidance in a timely and convenient manner, and support decision-making processes;

5、协调总部财务的合作，作为工厂财务的窗口与其对接。

Coordinate the financial cooperation of the headquarters, as a window of the factory's finance.

6、识别业务流程中的内控风险点，改善内控风险，完善公司流程；

Identify internal control risk points in business processes, improve internal control risks, and improve company processes
7、管理苏州成本和财务分析团队。

8、协调与苏州园区税务、银行等外部关系

Coordinating external relations with taxation and banks in Suzhou Park

9、领导交办的其他事宜。

任职资格 Qualification Requirement

1、本科及以上学历，会计相关专业本科以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above, accounting degree or above.

2、至少5年以上制造业工厂企业工作经验，有医药工厂企业经验优先。

At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing factories and enterprises, with experience in pharmaceutical factories is preferred.

3、熟练操作办公软件及财务相关财务系统。

Skilled in operating office software and financial related financial systems.

4、熟悉企业财务制度及流程，精通国家及地方政府财务政策及法律法规。

Familiar with corporate financial systems and processes, proficient in national and local government financial policies and laws and regulations.

5、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力。

Strong ability in cost management, risk control and financial analysis.

6、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，团队合作意识强，能承受较大的工作压力

Good organization, coordination, communication skills, strong teamwork awareness, can withstand greater work pressure

英文流利；有SAP或者金蝶经验优先
