职责描述：
1、与教师沟通，确定课程内容；
2、听课、跟踪、维护教师教学质量，教学研发；
3、策划组织教学部学员活动；
4、课前布置教室环境，准备好教学所需的教案、教具等；
5、提供学生教务咨询、学习指导等辅助教学服务；
6、课前做好点名工作，如有缺席应及时与前台客服联系，让其电话联系学员；
7、主动与外教沟通交流教学方法并提前告知外教教学计划；
8、每周五确认好下周老师的上课时间，制定班表；
9、负责维护好教学部的工作制度，办公环境；
10、教学部安排的其他工作；


任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，英语口语流利，师范类、英语专业优先；
2、个性活泼，具有团队合作精神、对英语教育有热情，灵活勤快；
3、工作认真负责，乐于学习新事物、耐心仔细；
