本岗位的工作职责为：

Responsibilities:

- Daily management of the Accounting & Tax Compliance services of the working group and the financial administration of the clients

负责本小组对客户提供财税服务的日常管理

- Review and supervise the team to complete the monthly accounts and tax calculation and filing work

监督审核团队成员完成月度财务处理及税务申报

- Maintaining contacts with clients, colleagues and external advisors

维护与客户、同事及外部顾问的关系

- Lead, coach and motivate a team of 3~5 accountants and ensure the quality in our financial services

管理、引导、激励3~5名团队成员（会计），确保服务质量

- Roll out internal procedures and processes (best practices) in order to maximize the efficiency

执行内部制度与流程，提高工作效率

- Establish regular trainings or sharing to accounting staff

组织内部培训或分享

- Participate to ad hoc projects

其他管理、协调工作等。

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor degree or above in accounting or related major;

大学本科及以上学历，会计相关专业

- Work experience: 5~8 years or above experiences in accounting, tax filings, 1~2 years experiences as a team leader, experiences in professional firms is a plus;

5~8年以上会计、税务经验，1~2年带领团队的经验，有专业咨询服务机构经历优先

- Holder of Certificate of Medium Level Accountant (会计中级职称) is preferred;

有会计中级职称优先

- Skills: Excellent English and Chinese skills.

-Familiar with K3 system and Microsoft Office

- Strong organizational skills and time management skills, good communication skills, excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team;

- Mature and stable, willingness to work under pressure
