岗位职责

? 通过测试工具，自动化测试等并结合相关的技术经验对软件平台进行测试，保证平台产品的稳定性，安全性和可使用性

? 创建测试用例，测试计划方案，分析测试结果从而协助找出软件开发过程中的缺陷

? 创建清晰的文档，和产品支持合作，管理并及时解决客户提出的问题

? 和产品经理，工程师合作评估可能的风险，并管理已发现的问题

岗位要求

? 5 年以上的web 平台相关测试经验

? 熟悉测试用例的创建，定义测试的范围，功能和非功能性测试(比如：性能，可用性，稳定性等)

? 有平台集成测试的经验，优先考虑有自动化测试框架的使用经验，比如Selenium 等

? 对产品发布的过程建立相关的测试工具和测试流程有一定的经验

? 有使用项目管理工具平台的经验，比如JIRA, Gitlab 等

? 有参与团队敏捷开发的经验

? 对学习和实践新技术有较强的意愿

? 良好的团队合作经验，良好的沟通能力，能适应一定的工作压力

? 基本的英语书写和沟通能力

? 可以接受远程工作，但非必须

Responsibilities

? Own and drive initiatives related to improving software quality, product stability, platform security, and usability of web applications by leveraging your quality assurance mindset combined with your technical

knowledge for testing tools, automation and procedures.

? Create and execute test cases, test plans and analyze test results with objective of finding defects during the software development process

? Clearly document, manage, and prioritize defects as well as collaborate with product support and customers to resolve problem reports,customer issues.

? Collaborate with product manager, engineers to evaluate quality related risk, issues triage.

Skills And Qualifications

? Over 5 years of web application testing.

? Knowledge and experience of designing tests, defining test scope and identifying functional and non-functional testing (E g: performance, availability, stability, etc)

? Plus points for experience in building automation test frameworks, acceptance and integration test, E g: Selenium, etc.

? Experience with testing tools and testing process in product release cycles

? Experience with project management tools, such JIRA, Gitlab.

? Experience about Agile methods such as Scrum is preferred.

? Strong passion with learning and practicing new techniques.

? Team working skills, good communications skills, willingness to work under pressure.

? Good verbal and written communication skills in English

? Open to working remotely
