1.       Update regular database and reports;  

2.       Tracking and confirm each container schedule with suppliers, make sure all procedure are on-time；

3.       Verify and sending Booking form to France and Forwarders for each shipment;

4.       Q/C result and shipment release to France and Forwarders;

5.       Shipment consolidation, negotiate and coordinate between suppliers for “full container” , “low cost”, “ shipment on-time” purpose.

6.       Shipping Documents checking : Booking form, Commercial invoice, Packing list, Bill of landing etc, make sure payment will be done only with correct price, quantities and terms; 

7.       Logistic tracking, monitoring and coordinate ETD and ETA date between suppliers and forwarders; adjustment to make once meet any decommitment from the supplier.

8.       Container consolidation between few or several suppliers. 

9.       Coordination and problems solving between Forwarder, NA France and Supplier side for any shipping or logistics issues;

10.    Samples: communicate with suppliers for sample delivery & packing, express & Transportation arrangement, Optimize shipping cost .

11.    Handling few sourcing/purchasing projects

12.    Managing Spare parts orders and schedule .

13.   Supporting Manager in Administration and Finance matters

Knowledge Required for Position :

？   Candidates in International Trading Major is preferred;

？   Basic knowledge of financial duties, office administration,

？   Strong organizational skills and time management ability.

？   Good command of written and Reading English

？   Good computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
