Role description:

Admin assistant

Reporting relationship:

Reporting to HR & Admin Manager

Location:

Shanghai

Working hours:

Full time, 9:00 – 5:30

responsibilities:

a. Answer incoming calls or enquiries and greeting visitors in professional manner.

b. Expats residence permit and work permit application.

c. Work closely with IT outsourcing team to handle with IT issues in office.

d. Communicate with vendors for contract renew, weekly purchasing such as stationery, fruits, coffee, paper etc. and related reimbursement, make a good record.

e. Monthly punching machine record download.

f. Responsible for company security, monitoring system and electrical distribution safety

g. Maintain the office tidy and neat, monitor Ayi’s daily work and make sure office environment clean and comfortable.

h. Company activity organization, annual event, monthly birthday party, customer seminar.

i. Quick meeting minutes if necessary.

j. Other task assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

Skills

- College degree or above, IT related background is a plus.

- Fluent English written and verbal.

- Good communication skills

- Familiar with Microsoft Office word, excel, ppt.
