工作职责：

  

1. 为集团销售的机场地勤设备提供开机、验收与质保服务

2. 为所负责中国北方区域的设备提供日常技术支持

3. 寻求收费服务机会，提供方案、报价、合同跟进及最终执行

4. 维护客户关系和开拓新客户，支持个跟进配件、设备销售机会

5. 对日常工作进行记录总结，及时提交服务报告和报销

          

1. Provide commissioning, warranty service and acceptance service to GSE equipment

2. Cover customers in the northern part of China and provide daily support

3. Seeking paid service opportunities, provide with work plan, quote, contract and doing actually job.

4. Maintain customer relationship and develop new ones, support parts/ equipment sale opportunities.

5. Record daily work, submit travel report and claim in time.

          

岗位要求：

  

1. 本科学历，熟悉机械结构、液压、电气原理

2. 三年以上售后服务维修经验，动手能力强

3. 善于分析和排故，航空地勤设备经验优先

4. 工作有条理，包括记录、计划、落实、结果、分析、总结

5. 工作能够独挡一面，同时团队合作意识强

6. 适应差旅及开拓新客户，具备较强的沟通能力与商务谈判技巧

7. 有较强的学习能力，很快上手新设备

8. 能够阅读英文技术资料及英文邮件、口语沟通

9. 诚实守信负责，同时积极进取帮助客户成功

                  

1. Bachelor degree, familiar with mechanic structural, hydraulic and electrical parts/ mechanism.

2. 3 years + field repair/maintenance experience, strong handwork with tools and problem

3. Good with analysis and trouble shooting, especially in GSE field

4. Organized with work, including record, plan, do, result, and summary

5. Capable of working independently, also with good attitude of team work

6. Be able to travel and develop new customers, to communicate and negotiate with customers.

7. Be able to learn fast and know equipment and customer

8. Be able to read/write and speak English.

9. Honest and accountable, willing to do more to help customers and get job done.
