Roles and Responsibilities

1.        Conduct in vitro or ex vivo immunology assay, including but not limited to MLR, SEB, and human PBMC related immunological assays.

2.        Support in vivo department by analysis TILs for tumor model selection and antibody efficacy study.

3.        FACS staining and analysis for immune cells phenotype, binding related assays.

4.        Setup and optimization of new assays, trouble shooting and data summary.

5.        Ability to conceptualize new ideas for immunotherapy and research assay tools

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people, internally and externally.

Basic Qualification

1.        MS degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. immunology, inflammation, cancer immunology, oncology) with 3-5years or BS degree with 3-5years related experience

A strong background in human cellular (tumor) immunology and immune regulation, preferably in the area of cancer immunotherapy.
