Responsibilities / 岗位职责

1.   Handle all accounting bookkeeping and monthly bilingual financial  report in accordance with PRC GAAP, reconcile  financial reports as required. Monthly meeting with Finance groups from HQ in the US.  

根据中国公认会计准则处理所有会计记账和每月双语财务报告，根据公司要求合并报告， 与美国总部举行月度会议. 

2.   Monthly Inventory and AR/AP Accounting and Report. 

核算每月存货及应收/应付账款并出具报告

3.   Filling of budget statements and analyze the budget execution. 

填写预算报表并分析预算执行情况

4.   Verify input VAT  invoices, customs import VAT bills, daily expense vouchers and employee  reimbursement according to company policy; Keep and bind all vouchers. 

根据公司政策，审核进项增值税发票，海关进口增值税单据，日常费用凭证和员工报销；保管并装订所有凭证

5.   Purchase Golden Tax  Three Disc and VAT invoices, issue VAT invoices in line with the clients`  requirements and prepare VAT invoice reconciliation reports. 

购买金税三盘和增值税发票,根据客户需求开具并邮寄增值税发票，并编制增值税发票对账报告

6.   Liaise with bank and tax  Bureau for overseas payment and collection.

与银行和税务局联系办理境外收付汇事宜

7.   Monthly VAT/Surtax/Stamp Duty filling, quarterly CIT filing and tax  declaration and payment. 

填写每月增值税/附加税/印花税和季度所得税申报表并完成相关税务的申报与缴纳

8.   Handle Annual Corporate Income Tax Assessment and Annual Inspection.

配合税务，外部审计及主管部门所做好公司的年度会计审计及检查工作

10.   Handle tax refund of  government tax support fund. 

办理政府税务扶持基金退税事宜

11.   Archiving financial records and receipts, data  backup

负责公司会计档案、凭证管理，数据备份

12.   Other assignments assigned by line manager.

Requirements of Experience & Qualifications / 岗位要求：

1.   Bachelor or above degree, major in Finance/Accounting or relevant.

本科或以上学历，财务/会计或相关专业

2.   3 years of working experience in accounting.

3年以上财务工作经验

3.   Qualification of account or junior accounting qualification is required at least. Experience with related works is preferred.

至少须获得会计上岗证或者初级会计资格证书， 有相关经验者优先

4.   Chinese Accounting system and Tax Regulations.

熟悉中国财务会计制度及税务法规

5.   Firm in Profit and Loss Calculations, Balance Sheet (local book in local).

掌握利润表及资产负债表计算(以人民币为本位币的中国报表)

6.   Knowledge about local regulations on Depreciation, Accruals, etc.

了解中国相关折旧及权责发生制规定

7.   Good knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

熟练操作Excel, PowerPoint 及Word等office软件

8.   Good knowledge of Kingdee accounting software (or similar accounting software).

熟练操作金蝶财务软件（或者熟悉其他会计软件）

9.   Be of high responsibility, initiative at work, good communication skill.

具有高度的责任心，工作积极主动，良好的沟通能力

10.   Chinese, as mother-language; English CET-4, fluent in reading and writing, excellent speaking is REQUIRED to directly explain to HQ in the US.

中文, 母语级别; 英语四级, 能够流利阅读及写作，要求流利的口语以便直接与总部沟通。

11.   Foreign Exchange Rate Management/ Transactions (preferred).

熟悉外汇汇率管理及交易(优先)

12.   Accounting treatment and basic knowledge of import and export transactions (preferred).

掌握进出口相关的基本理论及相关会计处理(优先)

13.   Understanding of “ Hi-tech Enterprises” qualification and related working experience (preferred).
