WHAT: Responsibilities & Tasks:工作内容：职责和任务

Manage Cases from Customer (RMA, Service & Support)

管理客户案例 (RMA ，服务和支持)

Engagement with internal teams, Distributors to resolve all customer issues in the shortest possible time (continually reducing MTTR)

Case Escalation to Application Engineering & Product Support Engineering as necessary Queue Management to reduce long running issues

与内部团队，分销商合作，在最短的时间内解决所有客户问题（不断减少MTTR ）案例升级到应用工程和产品支持工程（必要时队列管理以减少长期运行的问题

Ensure Knowledge Base is maintained to high standard with latest updates available to internal and external community

确保知识库保持高标准，并为内部和外部沟通提供最新更新

Manage Service 360 activities (remote and onsite as required)

管理Service 360 活动（根据需要进行远程和现场）

Ensure knowledge maintained to support key applications to minimize support work required by Application Engineers

确保掌握知识以支持关键应用程序，以***限度地减少应用工程师所需的支持工作

Provide Field Support if / when required to support Distributors in resolving complex issues

Represent the UR brand,vision and demonstrate values at trade shows, events and customer visits

Ability to travel 10 to 30 days a year

Education, Skills & Experience 教育背景，技能和相关经验

Minium a Bachelor's Degree in a related field

本科相关专业

Proven experience with technical support within robotics and the automation industry (+8 years of experience)

具有机器人和自动化行业的技术支持经验(+8年工作经验)

Demonstrated ability to work under limited direction

有独立工作能力

Proven experience in managing customer needs

有管理客户需求的经验

Demonstrated conflict resolution skills with peers and co-workers
