软件编程师（HMI+PLC） 

工作职责：

1. 能够独立操作设备和HMI的编程

2. 负责公司展厅与客户现场的设备测试与验收

3. 负责售后服务和远程服务

4. 负责新设备的调试与运行，尤其是电气和软件编程方面。

5. 所有生产设备的技术支持和故障解决，尤其是电气和程序方面，迅速高效的解决设备停机及故障。

6. 基于设备本身的要求、维修经验以及故障停机等数据分析，建立和完善设备预防性维修计划。

重要技能：

1. 具有丰富的网络语言知识 (***懂VB.net/Cplus)

2. 西门子TIA Portal编程（SCL, VBA, AWL and KOP）

3. 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力

4. 具备电气及电子配件知识，读懂电路图，PLC程序编程和调试，熟悉西门子PLC，伺服驱动(SINAMICS)

5. 必须具备基本的机械方面的知识。

6. 会编程，激光焊，旋转焊经验者优先。

7. 有模具调试测试或设计经验者优先。

8. 有责任心的，可随时到岗的，能操作机器的，能承受工作压力的，清楚产品质量并渴望取得成功的。

9. 善于团队合作，擅长沟通。

10. 用注塑，装配，焊接，测试等方式生产出高质量的产品。

11. 机械行业背景优先。

Software programmer HMI+PLC

Responsibility ：

1. Able to program industrial machines and HMI

2. Perform test and acceptance in house and at customer’s site

3. Perform after sale service and remote tele-service

4. Perform the approval, the realization and the commissioning of new production equipment, special for the electrical and programming aspects.

5. Technical support and troubleshooting for all production equipment, especially in the electrical and programming fields, to solve any machine breakdown or fault in shortest time and most effective way.

6. Establish and improved the preventive maintenance plan for the equipment, according to suppliers requirements accumulate experiences also based on machines breakdown analysis.

Important Competencies:

1. Professional  with extensive knowledge in .NET language (preferably VB.net/Cplus)

2. Programming of Siemens TIA Portal (SCL, VBA, AWL and KOP).

3. Good English speaking and writing.

4. Electrical and electronics parts, electrical diagram reading, PLC programming and debugging, familiar with Siemens and PLC, and servo drivers (SINAMICS)

5. Basic knowledge of mechanical knowledge.

6. Know programming, Laser welding, Rotation welding is plus.

7. Dies testing or design experience is plus.

8. Responsibility, Available, work for equipment, work under pressure, Aware of Product Quality and eager to achieve target.

9. Good at team work and communication.

10. Produce high quality products by injection, assembly, welding, testing.

11. It is better have machinery industry background.

Additional:

- Good knowledge of SIEMES Step7

- Good knowledge of SIEMENS Tia portal 13-14-15.1-16

- Good knowledge of Wincc

- Good knowledge of Brushless Drivers

- Good knowledge of Starter
