岗位职责：

1. 根据课程项目要求，熟练运用Flash等软件以图文动画形式生动制作画面;

2. 擅长根据脚本进行角色、场景、概念等设定，制作动画分镜和对应的场景/人物等图片处理；

3. 能够在规定时间内高质量的完成课程动画制作并交付结果，确保项目顺利进展;

任职资格：

1. 有较好的美术功底，能够独立完成角色设计、场景设计、绘制分镜脚本及动画制作，能够在动画设计创意和美术设计方面对自己保持高要求，富有创新精神；

2. 熟练使用Flash，CTA等2d动画软件，以及图像处理软件Photoshop图画处理软件等；

3. 咨询行业或者教育行业3年及以上工作经验，有微课动画制作经验优先；

4. 年龄、学历不限，能熟练使用AE软件者更优；
