Responsibilities:

Develop and implement China communications digital and social media strategy. To support business growth in the regional aligned with its business strategy to promote Mersen brand of its innovation solutions and generating leads in its targeted sectors, through delivering Marketing Communications programs and activities.

- Coordinate various resources and channels to complete the online communication project, improve user experience.

- Design and manage the performance of social media platforms including but not limited to Wechat, Douyin by develop exposure and interaction strategies for social media activities. Explore new promotion channels & joint-promotion activities online.

- Coordinate internal communications with Mersen sites in China and the Headquarters in France. Draft, shape and steer corporate messaging, contributing ‘stories’ and other initiatives through all communications channels.

- Track on marketing performance (attention, media activity, reposting, conversion rate), prepare reports, analysis and proposals to finally optimize and manage the online feedback.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (both written and oral).

- At least 3+ years’ experience in marketing experience in digital marketing, previous experience with digital marketing and event marketing function. Industrial marketing experience a plus.

- Graphic proficiency will be a plus.

- Keep website content up to date and relevant, working closely with Group web and Social Networks Manager, the webmaster, the marketing and sales teams

- Bachelor's degree; preference if in a related field such as journalism, communications, marketing or Employer branding.

- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories.

- Have the capability to analyze data, deliver insight, and outstanding improvement and optimization in the digital marketing.

- Heavy digital and social media user, willing to learn digital tools

- Digital skills: Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication.
