职位描述

Responsibilities:
-Support new system functionality for the human resources function. Assist in implementation and testing of the HR module, programs and processes regionally and globally.
-Work closely with regional China HR departments, and Corporate to provide support on system updates, testing, training, maintenance, documentation, and communication. Evaluates current system process and identifies system modifications that are needed to support the business process.
-Ensure HR process improvement aligned with business needs.
-Develops and modifies new and/or existing HR reports. This would include gathering requirements from end-users, document requirements, and work with IS on developing and testing of new reports.
-Assists the Compensation Group with annual compensation administration such as report development, auditing and uploads into system as well as providing recommendations for process and system improvements.
-Participate in the Business Process and Internal Control project, streamline current process with special focus on employee life cycle and make sure the process consistency and compliance cross the company.
-Conduct fit/gap analysis, build project specifications (in conjunction with IT when necessary) to ensure they are in line with business objectives.
-Review and accountable for the quality of deliverables on HR system customization, maintenance, upgrading and vendor management in close collaboration with all involved parties.
Required:

- Bachelor degree
- 5+ years in Human Resources information systems
- 8+ years general HR work experience
- Good understanding of overall HR practice, policies and processes including Staffing, C&B, Performance Management, T&D and other HR functions
- Good problem solving and analytical ability.
- Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations.
- Hands on experience on HR process improvement
-Excellent English communication ability
