Job Descriptions:

Coordinate with different internal parties and overseas dealers for preparing quotation and variation order, project progress follow up and delivery arrangement

协调公司内部各部门及海外经销商准备报价及变更订单，跟进项目进度及发货安排

Consolidate information of tender or quotation request

合并投标或报价要求的信息

Communicate with suppliers for request of costing, enquiry of product information/ production lead time and price comparison

与供应商沟通，要求进行成本核算，查询产品信息/生产提前期和价格比较

Prepare weekly report and quotation issue record

准备每周报告和报价问题记录

Create and deliver Quotation, Bill of Quantity, Cost sheet, Profit sheet and Variation Orders

创建并交付报价、工程量清单、成本表、利润表和变更单

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above with outstanding numerical reasoning ability

大专以上学历，具有优秀的数字推理能力

Experience in Sales Coordination is preferred

有销售协调经验者优先

Fresh graduates and candidates with less relevant experience are also welcome

欢迎应届毕业生和经验少的候选人

Familiar with Microsoft Excel usage

熟悉运用EXCEL 

Architectural and Building industry knowledge will be of advantage

具备建筑行业知识者优先考虑

Good command of English & Cantonese, internal communication mainly depends on English email

良好的英语和粤语, 公司内部沟通已英文邮件为主

Detail-oriented and logical thinking is highly required
