职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
工作职责
1.Responsible for training arrangement, organization and coordination, include:
a. deliver training information, trainee’s information collection and confirmation, instructor invitation
b. training support: training material (students handbook, memory jogger, training form, name card, certificate etc.) prepare, training room layout,
c. training evaluation tracking and do summary, action plan tracking and follow-up.
d. Track the training program, include collect training plan, training record, training evaluation and action plan
1. 负责组织协调项目课程,确保每期培训顺利进行,包括
a. 培训课程的发布,学员信息的收集和确认以及讲师的邀请等。
b. 培训后勤支持:培训教材(学员手册,辅助教材,证书等)准备,培训教室的安排。
c. 培训签到和培训反馈汇总以及培训后期的行动计划的跟踪。
d. 跟进培训项目,包括收集培训计划,培训记录,培训评估和行动计划。
2. Maintain and update training database, running monthly training report.
维护并负责培训数据系统的及时更新,并定期制作培训报告
3. Maintain good relationship with trainer & consultant.
与顾问训讲师保持良好的合作关系。
4. Support training on-line system, consolidate data for system development.
协助培训系统的建立,并负责培训系统所有培训数据的更新。
5. Responsible for training material’s compiling, categorizing all electronic files and hard copies and keeping them updated.
负责培训资料的整理和分类,包括电子版和打印版的培训资料,并维护这些资料进行定期更新。
6. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
遵循公司制定的各级政策和流程。
7. Other assignments from direct superior.
上级安排的其他任务。
Required Skills
岗位要求
Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience
至少1年以上培训或人力资源相关工作经验
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
流利的中英文书面和口头表达能力
Strong Planning, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
具有很强的计划、组织、协调能力和人际交往能力
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
熟练操作Office软件
Active and hard work . Be able to work under pressure
工作积极,勤奋;能承受一定的工作压力
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
能独立完成工作并有团队合作精神
Willing to business travel extensively
接受出差安排
