职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Handle the full set of Import/Export shipping documents.
- Work closely with customers, sourcing team, freight forwarders and external suppliers.
- Check customer's shipping requirements closely to make sure the shipping is arranged accurately.
- Be familiar with customer's requirements on shipping documents and make sure to dispatch the full and correct documents to customers on time.
- Advise customers and sourcing team the shipment status and shipping information on time.
- Maintain shipping data on daily basis and access shipping and forwarder's performance on monthly basis,
Requirements:
1、College graduate or above with minimum 3 years trading/sourcing company’s shipping experience.
2、Experience on handling full set import and export shipping documents and procedures for Textile, garments etc. to European or U.S Market.
3、Be familiar with China customs declaration for garments and textile.
4. Good communication skills with vendors and forwarder.
5、Responsible, independent, hard working, well organized
6. Good command of spoken and written English;
7. proficiency of MS office (such as Excel, Word, PPT) and related logistic software.
