职位描述：
1. 微博运营：微博内容撰写，定期策划微博活动（按宣传效果有额外奖金）
2. 文案撰写：电子内刊文案、市场活动海报文案、官网内容的撰写
3. 市场执行：参与市场活动的执行工作
任职资格：
1. 专科以上学历，中文、市场、新闻、传播、教育、英语相关专业
2. 文字功底扎实，熟悉各种文体写作形式，能根据项目特点，快速撰写出相应文案
3. 微博使用经验6个月以上
4. 熟练使用PPT、Excel、Word办公软件
5. 具有良好的团队合作意识及沟通协作能力

以下任一条件符合优先考虑：
1. 有社交网络营销经验，对微博、微信等社交媒体的狂热爱好者
2. 1年以上市场文案策划、文宣工作经验
3. 两周岁以上儿童的父母
4. 密切接触幼儿青少年教育行业1年以上

其他注意事项：
1. 工作时间：由于学校是周末营业，需要周六上班，周中择日调休
2. 该职位需要抗压力，抗挫力佳，“草莓族”请却步
3. 由于为15个校区服务，需团队沟通与协作能力佳，自我中心者请却步
4. 对该工没有热情，只为上班而上班的“敲钟族”，请却步
