Job Title: Structural BIM Technician

岗位职责Position Responsibilities

    

• 为项目的结构组件创建、绘制和管理BIM模型和图纸。

    

Creates, develops, and manages the BIM model and drawings for structural engineering components of projects.

    

• 与其他专业协调BIM模型管理。

    

Coordinates BIM model management with other disciplines.

    

• 与结构工程师合作制作结构工程BIM模型和图纸成果。

    

Works with structural engineers to develop structural engineering BIM and drawing deliverables.

    

• 根据需要绘制CAD图纸。

    

Provides CAD drawing effort as required.

    

• 协助制定和实施与BIM工作流程及管理相关的公司标准、绘图标准。

    

Assists in developing and implementing firmwide standards relating to BIM workflow and management, and drawing graphic standards.

    

• 在项目负责人的定期沟通和指导下管理进度安排和工作量，满足项目任务期限和承诺。

    

Manages time and workload to meet project task deadlines and commitments with regular interaction and direction from project leaders.

    

最低资历要求Minimum Qualifications

    

• 至少3年结构图纸文件编制经验，包括创建用于出图的三维建筑信息模型（BIM）和二维计算机辅助设计（CAD）图纸。

    

3 or more years of experience in structural drawing documentation including the creation of 3-dimensional Building Information Models (BIM) used for drawing production and 2-dimensional Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings.

    

• 至少2年Autodesk Revit和/或Tekla经验。

    

2 or more years of experience with Autodesk Revit and/or Tekla.

    

• 根据三维BIM模型，为各种规模和技术复杂性的项目绘制平面图、剖面图、立面图和详图，图纸标注清晰、尺寸精准、信息详实。

    

Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from a 3D BIM model for projects of all sizes and technical complexities. Clearly annotate, dimension and detail production drawings.

General knowledge of the practice of structural engineering including the production of high-quality construction document drawings.

    

• 工作英语熟练。

    

Proficient in English language at work.

    

• 具有编写自动化脚本语言经验者优先。

    

Experience writing automation scripting languages is desired.

    

• 具备Rhino/Grasshopper等其他BIM软件经验者优先。

    

Experience in other BIM software such as Rhino/Grasshopper is desired
