职位描述

Job purpose:
- In line with corporate FPA (Food Producing Animal) and China company strategies, to drive the development of our FPA business in China, by supporting our present and future distributors and Key Accounts, designing, proposing and implementing the FPA Business Development Strategies (Market, Products, Partners, Resources, P&L) in China
Permanent assignments (to be described according to their order of importance, with the most important first):
Develop Branch FPA Product Sales via its Distributors and Key Account clients:
Main activities:
- Organization &/or Coordination of customers supporting activities with GMBO and overseas KOL / specialists.
- Organization &/or Coordination with local KOL of the Customers supporting programs.
- Monitors the activities and the performance of our distributors, usage of promotional activities resources, proposing supportive/corrective actions.
- Ensure regular technical training of the distributor teams and customers.
- Ensures accuracy of Sales forecast and good coordination with Supply Chain.
Expected results: Ensure that our Distributors meet or exceed their Target, while ensuring maximum Brand product image development in Key Accounts
Company FPA Product P&L:
Main activities:
- Proposes the P&L of Brand FPA product to China GM, sales margin and resources (people, promotion, rebates, etc.)
- Proposes the supporting activities and resources required for the plan.
- Once approved, executes plan and puts in place any contingency /remedial plan to achieve Target
- Ensures adhesion of Distributors and partners, on figures and support provided/required.
- Propose the people structure and profiles, retain and develop the team, to support the short- and long-term plans for the FPA business in China.
Expected results: propose & achieve yearly Business Plans contributing to Market Share and profitability
China Company Business Development Strategy:
Main activities:
- Contributes to Global Swine Business Strategic Planning.
- Identify potential partners for Distribution and / or M&A. Supports Corporate M&A actions
- Assesses, in coordination with GMBO, the sales potential of Corporate FPA products in China resulting in the FPA Strategy for China Company.
- Identify product development opportunities with our local R&D partners.
- Identify licensing opportunities (local Chinese products / imported products).
- Propose 5-year Operating Plan (P&L) and the supporting Strategy to China and Swine Market Unit.
Expected results: Propose the long-term plans and vision of the development of FPA in China, within Global Swine Strategy
Development of Brand image in the Swine Segment/ Market Intelligence:
Main activities:
- Ensure presence and visibility of Brand in Chinese Local and International Events, in coordination with China marketing department.
- Develops Network within KOL (Universities, Consultants, etc.)
- Develops Network within associated industries (Genetic, Nutrition, Equipment, Data, etc.)
- Ensures regular update and understanding of China Swine and FPA environment and market.
Expected results: To develop understanding of FPA CN Market and develop our visibility and network to facilitate our development in China
Requirements:
- Candidates with veterinary medicine education and master’s degree in vet Medicine or nutrition, or strong skill in Swine production and animal health, based on experience.
- 5 years of experience in the swine industry working for integration companies, farms or groups. Multinational exposure is preferred.
- Key account management, and negotiation skills are required. Experience in technical sales and market development is preferred. The candidate should have a good network within the industry (national integrators, key accounts, distributors, suppliers, etc.)
- Frequent business trips and farm visits are required.
- Familiar with multicultural and international work culture.
- English language: written and spoken is mandatory.
