任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，年龄35岁以上，人力资源管理相关专业；
2、至少8年以上中型企业人力资源管理经验；
3、要求对企业文化建设、高效团队打造和企业内部管理、流程梳理等有独到的见解；
4、要求有较强的中高层销售和管理人员招聘经验，有商业型及多元化企业管理经验优先；

5、有做过电话销售培训及管理销售业绩优先考虑。

岗位职责：
1、全面负责公司的人事、行政管理工作；
2、根据公司的业务发展制定相应的人力资源战略规划并落实，为管理层决策提供有效参考；
3、根据公司发展规划方面要求，实现公司人力资源的最优配置；
4、负责企业内部各部门向规范化管理推进；
5、建设、维护、发展和传播企业文化，组织和开展各类活动，打造具有凝聚力的高效专业化团队；
6、负责公司内部管理工作，对公司工作人员的工作目标、工作计划、工作结果等进行检查、考核与指导；
7、组织拟订公司的年度人力资源、行政管理预算，计划和审核人力资源、行政管理费用、控制人力资源、行政管理成本；
8、完成领导交办的其他任务，主动尝试需要更高能力水平的工作。
