- To coordinate the project development from Brief to Delivery

- To guarantee the service OTIF & Quality for filling plant / distribution center;

- To manage the Asian based suppliers with expected performance

- To keep a satisfactory level of stock inventory;

KEY COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION

该职务所需的主要资质

- 2~3 years of purchasing function in related areas, cosmetics area is preferred;

- Good negotiation skills as well as all other purchasing professional skills;

- Experience and knowledge about planning, procurement, logistic, stock evaluation…

- Good communication skill and efficient team work playing is essential;

- Dedicated, rigorous, tenacious, honest, open-minded, proactive;

- Fluent in English in oral and writing; French is a plus;

DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责

- To follow up projects from the start of 1^st mass production till delivery QC ok; He/She could be assisted by the Purchasing Supervisor from purchasing team during this period;

- To facilitate the availability of packaging components in PCD plants (both in PD & SJDB) as well as to ensure the good deliveries on time, in full, within quality expectations;

- To act as the key contact in PD purchasing team to coordinate with procurement teams in plants of PD & SJDB;

- To follow up basic quality issues & to alert purchasing supervisor if the issue remains not solved;

- To contribute to the reporting of department such as OTIF, QC, Supplier evaluation documents…
