BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB / 设立该职务的基本目的

- To ensure that production meets or exceeds company quality standards.

- To ensure that facilities and processes conform to GMP standards.

- To be responsible for achieving the objectives, i.e, cost, quality, customer service, safety and specific projects.

- To lead the team with a high effective performance.

为确保产品质量符合公司要求；确保设备及流程符合GMP标准；并带领团队高效运作，以达到各项目标任务，如：质量，安全，费用，及客户服务，同时完成各项持续改善项目。

KEY COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION

该职务所需的主要资质

- At least 1 years experience in the production of cosmetic, pharmaceutical or food products;

至少1年的化妆品，药品，或食品行业相关的生产经验

- With knowledge of GMP quality system and 5s management;

了解GMP质量系统及5s管理。

- Good communication ability;

良好的沟通能力

- Ability to lead a large number of workers;

具有领导多员工团队的能力

- Ability to operate PC

具有一定的电脑运用的能力

DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责

- Leading a team of operators to complete the shift production plan;

领导线上员工完成班产量计划

- Ensuring the line performance with high quality according to the product

specification, master standard and defects range;

严格控制产品质量符合标准要求.

- Ensuring the line performance with high process reliability

确保生产效率.

- Ensuring the material supply of the line; 确保生产线材料供应

- Reporting precisely the shift output and components consumption, wastage and any abnormality;准确及时地汇报班产量,原辅料用量,损耗,及其他异常情况

- Keeping the production line in a clean and well organized condition;

确保生产线及相关区域干净整洁,符合5S标准

- Ensuring the safety and the people on the line

确保生产线人员安全

- Understanding the machinery on the line and resolving simple machine problem;

能掌握生产设备的使用及原理,能独立解决简单的设备问题.
