Responsibility:

1、Phage library construction and screening, particularly for library of antibody maturation

2、Expression and purification of recombinant antibody, as well as the antibody characterization in terms of binding ability and physicochemical properties.

3、Collect raw data to generate reports.

4、Take part in laboratory routine and others related to the projects.

Requirement:

1.      Master degree or above in life science or related fields, such as biochemistry and molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, pharmacy, etc.

2.      At least 2 years relevant experience.

3.      Experience in bispecific antibody is a plus.

4.      Fluent in English reading, writing.

5.      Teamwork spirit, responsibility, strong learning ability, strong ability of independent analysis and problem solving.
