Senior Accountant  and HR Specialist  高级财务

要求有中级会计证书或以上。 

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Accounting field

1.Prepare, record, verify, account payable transactions

2.Check vendor payments and invoices

3.Export stock-in report from system and book them into Kingdee cloud, reconcile system balance with Kingdee.

4.Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger accounts

5.Prepare VAT reconciliation. Work with the local tax company& tax officer to make sure everything is line with China laws and regulations. 

6.Vouchers  and internal contracts filing on a monthly base

7.Developing company policies which should be in line with governmental and local rules, reviewing with management and supervising the implementation of the policies;

  

HR field:

  

1.Manage full spectrum of HR services including recruiting, staffing, employment administration, and employee termination, employee training and development,

knowledge;

2.Developing  company policies which should be in line with governmental and local rules,  reviewing with management and supervising the implementation of the policies;

Requirements:

1 Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting or related disciplines

2. At least 4 years' working  experience in accounting field. 

3.Working expericence in multinational firms are prefered. 

4.Good communication skills & Good English skill

5. Kingdee Cloud supply chain experience. 

6. Intermediate Accountant Certificate or above.
