职位描述：
1、接收客户订单，与相关部门确认生产周期、库存等信息后确认交期；
2、跟踪订单的生产情况及发货，随时与生产、质检、技术、仓库等相关部门沟通，并及时以邮件或电话形式与客户联系沟通；
3、客户维护，负责客户的售后服务，处理质量问题，接待客户来访，定期拜访客户；
4、负责整理客户资料、销售协议、合同等存档管理。
5、负责与客户对账和货款催收；
6、其它主管交办事项。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，英语四级，能用英语写邮件；
2、工作积极主动，耐心细致，责任心强，出色的语言表达能力与沟通协调能力；
3、相关工作经验1年以上，性格开朗；
