Job Summary:

Mainly responsible for managing the human resources and the administrative as a whole; effectively push and implement the company’s guidelines and policies.

Key/Primary Responsibilities:

●HR and administration regulations’ plan, survey, formulate and report.

行政人事制度的计划、调查、草拟及呈报。

●Overall job planning, improvement, inspection of HR and administration dept.

行政人事部整体工作规划、改善、核查。

●Responsible for the labor relationship and labor disputed cases.

负责日常人事劳动关系管理、劳动纠纷处理。

●Responsible for the training of subordinate and management.

对本部门下属人员的管理、培训等。

●Maintain the relationship with government and collect the labor policies.

政府劳动人事部门关系维护，各类最新劳动政策的了解。

●Salary management, prepare the monthly salary list.

薪酬管理，每月工资制作。

●Training management.

培训的统筹规划及实施。

●Performance management.

绩效管理。

●Recruitment management.

招聘管理。

●Audit of social insurance, housing fund and responsible for confirm and declare social insurance base .

社保、公积金审计、各类缴费基数申报等。

●Check the date and record of department.

行政人事部各类数据、报表的审查。

●Talent management.

人才引进管理。

●Deal with work injury.

工伤事故处理。

●Other tasks assigned by department leaders.

上级指派的临时任务。

Professional Experience:

●At least five years work experience of HR and administration.

至少5年以上行政人事实务及管理工作经验。

Personal Qualifications:

●Male or female, 30-45 years old.

男女不限，30-45周岁。

●Have steady character, carefully, easygoing, strong executive power, strong writing ability.

性格沉稳、工作细致、有亲和力和较强执行力，文字组织写作能力强。

●Have positive and optimistic working attitude. Strong communication with all kinds of person. Handle matters fair.

工作态度积极乐观，善于与各类性格的人交往，处事公正。

●Familiar with the policy of HR&administration and the process.

熟悉行政人事工作流程及各项政策法规。

●Have a good communication, coordination and boost skills.

具有良好的沟通、协调和推进能力。

●Awareness of service, Strong sense of responsibility, strong teamwork spirit.

有服务意识，责任心强，有团队合作精神。

Knowledge and Skills:

●Familiar with Microsoft Office.

办公软件使用熟练。

●HR Qualification certificate.

持有人事岗位资格证书。

Education:

●Above Bachelor degree.

本科以上学历。

Languages

●Basic English oral and writing skills.
