Key/Primary Responsibilities:

1.订单的系统输入，确认交期

Input detail information of new order in Navision system, and confirm the delivery date

2.接受总公司的询价，确认交期及报价

Accept the inquiry from the HQ; confirm the offer and the delivery date

3.出口订舱，制作报检、报关文件，安排装柜，提单签发

Book shipping space; prepare for CIQ and customs declaration documents; arrange for container loading and issue the B/L.

4.核销单的申领，催退及核销

Apply for the verification certificate; return the verification certificate and cancel after verification.

5.及时做好资料的归档，备案

Ensure file all documents on time and recording them.

6.和公司总部及公司各部门有效沟通

Development and holding communication channel of HQ and local related departments

7.其他本部门日常工作

Other daily tasks

8.完成上级交办的其他工作事宜

Fulfill other duties allocated by superior.

Candidate Profile

Professional Experience:

1.了解Microsoft office,熟悉ERP系统，懂Navision者为佳,

Familiar with Microsoft office, ERP system(Navision system as a plus)

2.具备相关的报检，报关知识

Have the knowledge of the commodity inspection and customs clearance.

Personal Qualifications:
