工作职责：成为泽伊塔测量与检测设备的专家，为客户及代理商提供技术咨询与支持。
- 负责针对客户和代理商的产品演示与技术咨询（包括客户端现场演示）。
- 参加相关行业的展览会和研讨会，参与产品的市场推广。
- 撰写、修改以及更新产品的市场推广资料，包括产品介绍、应用范例、客户数据报告及其它演示文档等。
- 在客户现场安装、调试泽伊塔的测量与检测设备。
- 为客户和代理商提供技术培训。
- 远程、或必要时到客户现场，对产生的技术问题进行评估、分析和及时解决。
- 在与客户有关的技术或商务问题上，与泽伊塔美国总部相关人员保持经常性的沟通。
任职资格：
- 工程、物理、光学或相关专业，大学本科及以上学历。
- 有测量、检测设备的实际使用经验者优先考虑，包括SEM、AFM、三维光学轮廓仪以及其它类似设备。
- 具有很强的学习能力，能够快速地掌握新知识。思维敏捷，能灵活地处理工作中出现的各种情况。
- 较强的解决问题的能力，良好的组织和分析能力。

Job Title: Applications Engineer (Excellent fresh graduates with BS/MS degree are welcomed and encouraged to apply)
Responsibilities:
This position is to provide technical and applications support to customers and sales representatives for Zeta Instruments' Metrology and Inspection equipments.
- Manage product demonstrations (in-house or onsite) to customers or sales representatives.
- Assist with trade shows and conferences.
- Prepare, review and maintain product marketing documents, including brochures, apps notes, customer reports and other presentations.
- Perform equipment installation, configuration and testing at customer sites.
- Provide technical trainings to customers and sales representatives on all aspects of Zeta products and applications.
- Evaluate, analyze and troubleshoot technical problems via telephone or at customer sites. Repair and modify equipment at customer facility.
- Communicate technical and business issues with Zeta US main office on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Optics or related fields.
- Hands-on equipment operating experiences are highly preferred.Equipments include SEM, AFM, 3D Optical Profilers and other metrology and inspection equipments.
- Fast learner. Work smart.
- Strong troubleshooting skills. Excellent organizational, analytical skills.
- Candidate must be self-driven, a strong Team player to thrive in a dynamic environment
- English writing and speaking
- Strong customer relation and communication skills
- Require frequent business travels.
- Excellent fresh graduates with BS/MS degree are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
