职位描述


Specific responsibilities include:

1、根据公司发展战略,制定长期品牌发展策略和规划,包括行业和竞争分析、市场和用户研究、品牌定位和核心用户利益点梳理;

2、结合产品和运营,制定市场品牌推广年度计划和项目方案,涵盖公关、广告、活动、互动营销、渠道推广、品牌设计、品牌内容营销、行业合作、效果营销等营销手段,通过策划、组织并执行各类品牌和市场活动,来打造品牌知名度,偏好度并发展用户;

3、市场项目的KPI设定、跟踪、评估与优化,负责日常市场项目目标设定,分解及品牌推广效果的统计分析、评估、调整和优化;

4、拓展和维护商务社交领域的合作伙伴关系;

5、负责市场团队建设的计划,组织,激励和控制等环节,设定、分解和落实市场工作目标和计划,制定有效的组织管理和激励机制;培养、辅导、培训市场和渠道团队,提升工作效率;

6、负责市场部工作过程中的成本预算编制和费用控制。


1. According to the company's development strategy, make long-term brand development strategies and plans, including industry and competition analysis, market and user research, brand positioning and core user interest point sorting;

2. Combined with products and operation, develop annual plan and project plan for marketing brand promotion, including public relations, advertising, activities, interactive marketing, channel promotion, brand design, brand content marketing, industry cooperation, effect marketing, etc. Through planning, organizing and implementing various types of brand and market activities, build brand awareness, preference and develop users;

3. KPI setting, tracking, evaluation and optimization of market projects, responsible for daily market project goal setting, decomposition and statistical analysis, evaluation, adjustment and optimization of brand promotion effect;

4. Expand and maintain business and social partnership;

5. Responsible for the planning, organization, incentive and control of market team building, setting, decomposing and implementing market work objectives and plans, formulating effective organization management and incentive mechanism, training, coaching and training market and channel teams, and improving work efficiency;

6. Responsible for cost budgeting and cost control during marketing work.


Required skills:

1、7年以上相关工作经验,3年以上管理经验;

2、熟悉快闪活动或路演活动推广运作,具有出色的品牌策略能力及整合传播技巧;

3、具有敏感的商业和市场意识,较高的分析问题及解决问题的能力,具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力;

4、具备良好的沟通合作技巧及丰富的团队建设经验;

5、有高度的工作热情和优秀的团队领导能力。

1. At least 7 years related working experience, 3 years management experience;

2.  Familiar with Pop-up store activity, strong brand planning skill and integrated communication skill;

3. Have sensitive business and market awareness, high ability to analyze and solve problems, excellent ability to integrate resources and promote business;

4. Good communication and cooperation skills and rich team building experience;

5. High enthusiasm and excellent team leadership capacity.
