一、主要职责Key Responsibilities

1.Responsible for building the gearbox development system.

负责完善研发体系。

2.Responsible for reviewing the 2D & 3D, FMEA, BOM related to the gearbox.

负责减速器2D&3D、FMEA、BOM等设计校对、方案评审。

3. Responsible for communicating with customers or other company teams.

负责对接客户或公司其它团队。

4. Responsible for control of the deliverables and quality review of each stage of the reducer project development

负责管控减速器项目开发各阶段的交付物、质量审查。

5. Responsible for the product verification, batch production, cost reduction and quality rectification of the reducer group.

负责减速器验证、批产、降成本、质量问题整改。

6. Complete other tasks arranged by the project team and GB team leader.

二、任职资格Qualifications

1、More than 5 years of gearbox development experience & more than 1 years of project management experience. Experience in at least one gearbox development project from concept to mass production. 

1、本科及以上学历，机械相关专业

2、More than 5 years of gearbox development experience & more than 1 years of project management experience. Experience in at least one gearbox development project from concept to mass production.

5年以上齿轮箱开发经验,其中1年以上项目管理经验。至少具备一款从概念到量产的新能源减速器正向研发经验。

3.Have theoretical knowledge of gear set design, mechanical design, mechanical principle etc.

具备齿轮设计、轴承&油封选型、FEA及CFD分析相关的知识。

4.Have theoretical knowledge of dynamics of gear system, mechanics, vibration and noise etc.

具备齿轮系统动力学、力学、振动噪声等相关理论知识。

5.Have theoretical knowledge of machining, heat treatment, etc

具备机械加工、热处理等相关理论知识。

6.Knowledge in Kisssoft/Kisssys/Romax or Masta.

了解Kisssoft/Kisssys/Romax或Masta。

7.Be able to use Creo 2D/3D mapping software.

会使用Auto CAD、Creo二维/三维制图软件。
