Responsibility:

Government Relation:

1. Assist to Build-up and maintain good relationship & communication channel with government departments for business support

根据公司各业务部门的需要，协助与政府部门建立并维护良好的沟通渠道。

1. Assist to the documents draft, execution, and checkup for the government funding, certificates etc. application.

协助政府事务项目申报，资质申请的文件起草，跟踪及验收工作。

1. Assist to the government visit

协助组织政府部门的到访。

1. Assist to organize the government events for upgrading the company image and branding recognition.

协助组织政府相关的活动以提高公司的知名度和品牌形象。

1. Government policy study and collection.

政府相关政策的收集及学习。

 

Public Relation:

1. Assist to build-up and maintain the media network for company promotion.

协助建立媒体网络用于公司的对外宣传。

1. Assist to the company news release, fielding media questions and pitching stories to the media, preparing media kits and organizing press conference.

协助公司的对外消息的发布，媒体采访，新闻发布等会议组织工作。

1. Follow-up and study the media promotion effect and adjust the strategy accordingly.

跟踪媒体发布的效率，并适当调整宣传策略。

1. Assist to plan, organize and host the external event like seminar, salon, charity event, sponsor etc

协助计划、组织对外类似论坛，公益，赞助等活动。

 

Requirement:

1.  Bachelor’s degree and above with more than 6 years working experience, Industrial background will be a plus

本科学历及以上，5年相关工作经验，生物行业背景优先考虑。

1. Open-minded and easy-going with excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Chinese.

个性开朗，易相处，语言表达及沟通能力，写作能力强；英语沟通能力良好者优先；

1. Good organizational and planning skills

良好的组织协调能力

有一定的政府及媒体资源

1. Be proactive, reliable, responsible and can work under pressure
