Job Objectives:

1.To be is responsible for implementing comprehensive customer strategies for his /her assigned accounts.

2.To coordinate with cross –functional departments within the business Unit

3.To own the customer strategy and is accountable for the growth , profitability and customer satisfaction of his /her assigned accounts

Responsibilities:

1.Articulates a clear understanding of our market share , competitive position, and profitability at each assigned account;

2.Assist to deploy comprehensive pricing strategies which are market driven , based on value provided the customer and competitive alternatives;

3.Develop proactive new business opportunity plans , tracking and recording progress toward sales objectives;

4.Monitor market dynamics , including customer and competitor developments and funnels relevant information to the appropriate sales management for consolidation in our market sensing process ;

5.Benchmark research , marketing research and creation of business model for new business opportunities ;

6.Design and work out the project solution with supplier and drive supplier with high performance .

7.Follow up the potential project development from initial stage to mature stage , Analysis SWOT of the business , customer satisfaction , process efficiency , help Customer Service improving to be successful showcase.

8.Takes ownership of total customer satisfaction , monitoring our performance on key supplier metrics and pursuing corrective action plan as appropriate ;

Requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree and above , Marketing or relevant discipline

2.Automotive Industry Experience required -3 years minimum

3.Familiar with Marketing ,Business Management , contract Law , Economic Law , Financial Knowledge , Cost Sense；

4.Priority Setting Customer Focus
