1. 大专及以上学历，具有2年以上塑胶行业工作经验
2. 能看懂图纸，了解国际贸易知识。熟练掌握办公软件
3. 根据客户询价要求，评估合理的产品价格，模具价格和ECN 价格（材料成本，加工成本，利润比及其他相关费用），保证报价的及时性和准确性，协助销售及公司管理层争取订单
4. 对报价的客户分门别类，建立健全的档案库，方便后续报价及先期资料的调取。
5. 定期对已报价产品进行成本核算，分析报价的准确性
6. 负责合同相关事务的整理和核查事务，并内部转换
7. 负责和报价相关的部门沟通协调
8. 负责和本职工作有关的各种报表的制作和汇总
9. 负责上级领导交代的其他事务
10. 能够吃苦耐劳，有团队协作精神，高度的责任心和职业精神
11. 具备不断学习的能力和意愿
12. 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力

Quotation Engineer Job requirements

1. College degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in plastic industry

2. Can read drawings and understand international trade knowledge. Good command of office software

3. Evaluate reasonable product price, mold price and ECN price (material cost, processing cost, profit ratio and other related expenses) according to customer RFQ requirements, ensure the timeliness and accuracy of quotation, and assist sales and management to win business

4. Sorted out the customers, and established a perfect archive to facilitate the subsequent quotation and retrieval of the prior information

5. Regularly carry out cost accounting for quoted products and analyze the accuracy of quoted prices

6. Responsible for the sorting and verification of contracts related affairs and contracts internal conversion

7. Responsible for communication and coordination with departments related to quotation

8. Responsible for making and summarizing various Reports related to quotation

9. Responsible for other affairs assigned by superior leaders

10. Hardworking, teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility and professional spirit

11. Ability and willingness to learn

12. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
