职位描述
Conduct analyses and studies to support management in developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programmes in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy.
Coordinate various compensation-related activities to ensure that the organisation’s payroll is processed accurately and on time.
1. Provide general support by organising activities as requested by management;
2. To act as one of the key coordinators for payroll centralization, to ensure effective and accurate payroll administration;
3. Provide information to managers on planned C&B activities, in such way that all involved people are well and timely informed;
4. Support the department in co-ordinating internal and external benchmarks and the annual salary review and processes and follow up all information and changes that derive from these activities;
5. Provide information to employees and managers regarding the main C&B policies, processes and procedures, in such a way that clients are correctly and timely answered in order to optimize the service and ensure an efficient way of time and resources within the department
负责薪资核算工作,编制月度工资报表,工资发放与答疑;
负责对薪酬数据进行分析,完成人力成本预算;
协助上级主管完善和改进薪酬架构与福利体系;
参与年度薪酬调整方案、晋升方案与激励方案设计,确保外部人才吸引和内部人才激励保留任职要求。
Education Background/Professional Training 学历和专业/职业培训和证书:
1. University qualification or proven relevant work experience
具备本科以上学历;
2. HR professional certificate is preferred.
有人力资源专业证书者优先。
Working Experience 工作经验: 1. 3 years’ relevant experience or proven relevant work experience in an HR environment 具备人力资源相关工作经验3年及以上; 2. Good communication, team work and interpersonal skills 善于沟通、人际交往及团队协作能力 3. Data sensitive and high degree of accountability; 对数字敏感,有良好的责任感; 4. Familiar with China Labor law, Social Security, IIT and employee relations process; 熟悉国家劳动法、社会保险法、个人所得税等相关的法律法规及地方政策 5. Knowledge of C&B policies and processes 薪酬福利方面的专业知识;
Language Skills 语言技能:
1. Local language;
当地语言;
2. Good English in speaking and writing.
良好的英语口语和书写。
