职位描述
Job Duty:
1.Properly respond to calls and emails from customers for parts and service within required timeline.
2.Handle quotation to customer for spares parts business accurately and properly.
3.Correctly create parts order at SAP and follow up the parts sourcing/billing/invoicing of the order properly with high ownership and quality.
4.Handle customer parts expedite process to support customer urgent/down request within entitlement properly with high ownership and quality.
5.Properly Parts RMA process handling
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree
2.Min 3 years in CSR
3.Solid experience in SAP
4.Experience at import/export and bounded warehouse will be preferred
