Responsibilities
- Propose the right full year Marketing strategy and formulate reasonable promotion plan.
- Set all targets, including annual sales targets, P&L, average discounts, traffic & conversion rates, users ‘ratings, inventories, brand image and equity
- Be responsible for brand related budget input, control and execution.
- Understand consumer insight and market trends through consumer research, market survey and competitive analysis, provide intelligence report and NPD ideas to management team.
- Analyze market situation before new product is listed, and formulate reasonable plans, including planning of new products, market segmentation, determination of target consumer groups, and product positioning work to ensure that product sales meet expectations
- Work with Tmall team in areas of marketing tools (such as TaobaoKe) and media buying (such as Star Banners) and equivalent tools in other marketplaces
- Work with Brand’s social media and marketing team to effectively plan product launch schedules, Create and execute innovative brand promotional campaigns across all channels to enhance brand awareness and word-of-mouth.
- Ensure creation and management of necessary product information by the E-store Manager and Copywriter.
- Craft brand proposition and product story and ensure storytelling is connected, relevant, and adds value across online platforms.
- Work with Logistics Provider Partner to coordinate prompt and accurate product delivery and returns
- Responsible for regular business review, dig out issue and opportunity through business analysis, provide strong, professional, and detailed reports, and analysis for the brand, co-work with TM/sales team to capitalize action plan, lead corrective actions to drive business growth and market share.
- Propose template of reports; Formalize monthly, weekly reports; Share all reports internally
- Review activity reports to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and propose corrective measures if needed
- Develop product knowledge training documents and organize training on quarterly basis
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- Excellent project management skills: being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Strong business sense and knowledgeable in ecommerce market development in China
- Solid HealthCare products knowledge and its customer; Keep abreast of latest digital trends
- Good at problem solving; Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Be willing to work in a start-up company where versatility is a must and can take initiatives
- Prefer the candidate who has medical governmental authorities’ resources
