• 与客户及供应商保持良好的沟通及协作关系。

  

            Keep daily communication and maintain close relations with both overseas customers

  

            and vendors;

  

• 跟进整个销售及发货流程，确保及时地发放经过质量验证后的产品。
  Following up the whole ordering process and ensure on-time delivery with approved quality standard;
• 准备物流单证及付款文件。
  Prepare shipping and payment documents;
• 及时处理客户投诉

  

Handle customer complaint in time;

  

• 按整个团队的标准流程来进行文档的管理
  Follow the standard system of the team in terms of file record;

  

• 其他相关工作。

人员素质要求　Job Requirement

  

1. 学历 Education

   大学本科以上学历，国际经济与贸易，物流等相关专业.

   Bachelor or above Degree major in International Economy and Trade, Logistic and etc…

2. 必备技能  Necessary Skills

        

• 掌握各种贸易术语。

        Familiar with international trade terms.

• 熟悉进出口贸易流程。

        Familiarity dealing with International businesses

        

• 全程操作整个外贸流程。

  Be able to follow the whole process of international trade.

    

1. 工作经验 Working Experience

  

• 至少2年以上国际贸易方面的工作经验。

        At least 2 years work experience in international trade business.

• 有欧美外企工作经验者优先。

  Work experience in American or European Multinational Cooperation will be preferred.

        

1. 必备的个人性格 Personality

  

• 愿意在有压力的氛围下工作。

  Willing to learn and work under pressure.

• 乐于处理文案工作。

  Willing to handle paper works

        

1. 语言 Language

  

• 母语为中文。

         Native Chinese Speaker.

• 流利的英语听说读写水平。

        Must speak, read and write fluent English.

        

1. 电脑知识  Computer Skills

  

• 熟练操作Office办公软件。

  Proficient in office software like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc...

• 熟练使用Outlook和网页浏览器。

  Proficient in Outlook and Internet

• 有使用SAP经验者优先。

  Knowledge in SAP will be a plus.
