SUMMARY STATEMENT职位概述

    

    

    

Lead APS planning activity, responsible for APS supply planning and scheduling well executed, coordinate with cross function team, to support business needs and customer demand, mainly focus on OEM/Tier 1 customers.

Requirement:

    

?       Excellent communication and teamwork skills with ability to give effective presentations

    

?       Considerable experience in forecasting, demand planning or supply planning but not limited to Production Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics.

    

?       Strong problem-solving capabilities.  Experience dealing with and communicating results, metrics and root cause corrective action

    

?       Ability to manage several projects simultaneously using effective planning and communication skills

    

?       Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to create, analyze and manipulate large data files

    

?       Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    

?       Demonstrated proficiency with ERP / MRP systems and data reporting tools

    

?       Project experience is a plus

    

    

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责

    

    

    

?       Be responsible for APS supply planning and scheduling activities, mainly focus on OEM/Tier 1 customers.

    

?       Maintain RM/SFG/FG inventory level based on business and demand planning forecast.

    

?       Maintain and adjust supply planning based on demand forecast or sales order update.

    

?       Provide input on the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

    

?       Work close with cross functions to meet On-Time-Delivery target.

    

?       Provide weekly/monthly planning data and updates, participate weekly demand and planning meeting

    

?       Support inventory analysis to achieve defined inventory performance objectives

    

?       Support on the appropriate stocking strategies set up to meet agreed upon lead times and targeted delivery levels

    

?       Project based assignment on process improvement and planning enhancement.

    

?       Other tasks from line manager.
