1. 负责大分子药物相应生物学活性方法的建立和优化、SOP撰写；
2. 负责候选分子的生物学活性验证；
3. 及时准确地记录、分析和报告实验数据；
4. 熟练操作相关仪器，如流式细胞仪、酶标仪等；
5. 撰写活性检测的相关文档，实验报告、开发报告及相应SOP；

任职资格：

1. 生物学、制药相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 熟悉细胞培养、ELISA、流式和荧光检测，了解免疫学、分子生物学常规实验技术；

3. 能独立完成研究工作，并具有团队合作精神；

4. 具有较强的计划与执行能力，出色的沟通与主动解决问题的能力，能够承受一定压力。

We are currently advancing a pipeline of promising preclinical candidates and have robust research capabilities fuelling our long-term growth. To meet the fast advancement of project R&D, we are looking for two top managers who will fill the positions of chief scientific officer (CSO) and vice president (VP) respectively. The candidates should have solid background in cell biology, or antibody development, or cell line generation and cell line processing, and have comprehensive experiences in biological drug development in industrial area abroad.
