Duties and Responsibilities

·Work with the Development Director to establish and implement admissions strategies and plans towards increase enrollment and accelerating the school's growth.

·Manage the operations of the Admissions Team to ensure timely response of enquiries, productive tours, and effective/efficient follow up on the application/enrollment process.

·Plan and implement annual admissions budget.

·Organize admissions events and assist in marketing events as admissions SME (subject matter expert) to promote the school and provide school related information.

·Develop and maintain strong networks with key stakeholders of the school, specifically HR Managers of MNCs, Embassy officials and relocation agents.

·Provide regular updates on enrollment status and trend analysis. Prepare short and long term enrolment forecasts, based on historical trend, competitor analysis, and environment analysis, to facilitate planning for future years.

·Support the senior management in improving admissions policies and processes to facilitate future expansion of RBIS.

·Work closely with the Academic Department to fully understand the programs offered and be aware of ongoing initiatives within the curriculum.

Qualifications/Experience
1.Bachelors Degree or above
2.Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal qualities
3.Experience in business development and relationship management, with a proven track record of targets achieved
4.Experience in the education sector in an admissions or marketing related position is preferred, but not required
5.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and familiar with office software
6.Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a strong plus.

Welcome to HQIS

HQIS first opened its doors as an international school in 1997 in the Shanghai Zoo with just 2 classes and 18 students.

Since then, the student population has increased and the physical facilities have expanded such that HQIS-RBIS has been at a full capacity of 400 students since 2010.
Today, HQIS is now celebrating its move to a new purpose-built campus in the Gubei are of shanghai with more plans for growth.

HQIS continues to evolve. For almost two decades, the early childhood program has been a hallmark of international education for students in the city. HQIS will graduate its first high school class in the year 2020.
