职位描述

As Sales Manager HI, your purpose is to follow the customer closely for that by creating / developing relationships and trust between the customer and Eltronic. In this work, all relevant SBUs represent to the customer.

You must handle the relationship with the customer in such a way that they also want to use Eltronic as their preferred supplier in the future.

As Sales Manager HI, you are responsible for:

? In-depth understanding of customer business and trends 

? In-depth understanding of the customer's "Pains & Needs" 

? Develop a strong and solid pipeline 

? Maintain and develop a good overview of sales activities 

? Stay up to date on the customer's development and competitors and keep stakeholders up to date 

? Lead the account team and ensure knowledge sharing 

? To create a good understanding of the customer's potential 

? Involvement of the right competencies to challenge and inspire the customer 

? Support SBUs in allocating the right resources. 

? Actively support the development of new services to support the development of the customer 

? Ensure a good and constructive collaboration with the SBUs 

? Be the client's attorney and ambassador internally at Eltronic 

? Help create the customer's organization chart 

? Paticipate in contract review process 

? Work together with the team to follow up overdue payment 

? Sales of new projects,. Hereunder send the quotes to the customers and negotiate these into a contract 

? Support sales of spareparts and service 

? Be the single point of contact for the Chinese customers during the sales phase 

? Proactively continue to build on the good relationship with existing and new customers in sales area 

? Make MOM for each customer visit and weekly sales reports to Sales director

? Update the quotation pipeline and send to Sales director on a weekly basis  

? Expanding the customer base, which currently consist of companies such as Vestas, Goldwind, Shanghai Electric and Siemens-Gamesa etc. 

? Build market information about specific needs for products and services in China 

? Increase the knowledge about Eltronic Wind Solutions in China by participating in marketing activities like trade shows etc. 

? Link between Chinese customers and the technical and project department in Denmark

? Support the production and service center in Taicang with information from our Chinese customers

? Secure sharing of market and customers information with the rest of the sales team

? Participate in internal Eltronic sales meetings of needed 

? Participate in formulating the strategy for the Chinese market for Eltronic wind solutions products 

? Give input to Sales Director on yearly budget planning     

As Sales Manager HI, your duties will be as follows: 

? Continuous contact with the customer through direct meetings, telephone calls 

? Update plans and strategies, short term & long term 

? Continuously report on the development of the customer in Eltronic's organization 

? Coordinates information internally in Eltronic 

? Act as the customer's single point of entry in Eltronic 

? Holding internal meetings to coordinate and determine activities for the customer 

? Holding and planning of trade fairs ? Meeting minutes with the customer 

? Participate in the preparation of offers

? Update pipeline ? Participate actively in the closing of orders 

? Participate in steering groups 

? Marketing activities and customer events ? Strategic sales work with new and old customers 

? Familiar with the project bidding process        

? Know how to work and support the PM to win a bidding             

? Be capable of developing customers independently, interactive with customer's mid level, good at sales skill in industry solution/value selling

? Minimum 110 travel days per year 

? Follow up the other tasks arranged by line manager 

Working experience:

1)>10 years + sales or relating working experiences at Windturbine OEM or Wind turbine blade manufacturing industry.

2)Paint or raw materials or equipment or service  supplier to the windturbine blade manufacture is a plus
