Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for China CAMs and Tier 1 customer market

2. Achieve the sales revenue and EBIT according to company commercial policy

3. Create the business opportunity and get the RFQ opportunity

4. Enlarge the market share

5. Building brand imagination during marketing activity

6. Investigate the customer target price and consult with technical center to work out best solution for customers

7. Investigate competitors’ market price level and support sales team to work out effective market strategy

8. Commercial negotiation with customer ( The quantity of security , and price , payment condition and so on )

9. Coordinate or support quality department if there is quality claim

10. Organize and coordinate the customer plant audit

11. Organize or participate the regular project overview meeting

12. Submit market report monthly to superior

13. Work close together with headquarter colleagues to develop the business

14. Support GM or sales manager if necessary

Requirements:

l Engineering background needed

l At least five years working experience in automotive industry required

l Well know China automotive industry ( big network preferred )

l Well know APQP process and project management process

l Well know China OEMs supplier management system

l Have good technical background and be good at commercial negotiation

l Willing to be successful with company

Very good English language written and spoken.
