General Job Purpose

主要工作职责：

1. Commercial and technical management of complex, safety critical automotive ECU series projects including software and hardware development.

2. Project budgeting, staff and project implementation planning, and execution.

3. Responsible for requirements management, software development, integration and testing to ensure on time delivery of project deliverables and commitments.

4. Management and commissioning of 3rd party deliverables.

5. Change and risk management across all project phases.

6. Serve as the primary customer contact for project execution issues, work closely with customer project management and stake holders.

7. Management of the entire project team including subproject managers, their staff and development partners / suppliers.

Required Qualifications

任职资格：

1. Bachelor and above degree.

本科及以上学历

2. Project Management, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or other relevant automobile related majors.

3. PM/Sr. PM Manager needs at least 5/10-years’ relevant work experience in auto industry.

4. Thorough technical background in the field of embedded software development.

5. Experience of ADAS related project management.

6. Profound knowledge in automotive quality- and safety- standards (ASPICE, ISO26262).

7. Professional project management knowledge and Project Management certificates.
