7.Provide phase 0 ideas for R&D projects, and support the R&D projects with formulation development team

  

10. Ensure the lab for efficient and good quality work,

13.Develop technical skill of the team working.

Education 教育背景：

§   University graduate above, post graduate preferred, major in Polymer/ chemistry related.

Special knowledge/Skills 特别技能及知识：

§   Good Project management skills.

§   Good Market / commercial knowledge/sensibility and communication skills.

§   Sealant Lab related testing skills.

§   Good command of English

§   MS office related document skills.

Related Experience 相关经历：

§  At least 3 years related working experience in chemical/polymer industry, sealant or adhesive related experience are more appreciate.

§  Not less than one years of project/lab management experience.

§  Not less than 2 years technical service experience

Key Competencies 主要能力：

§  Communication skills, Business oriented/market insight, troubleshooting methodology, Proactive.
