- Based on E-commerce platform sales target, make e-platform strategic sales plan, annual business plan objectives and periodical goal
- Make annual promotion plan by e-platform by month and timely review the performance, taking sharp insights to brand with data support;
- E-platform partnership maintenance and make joint business plan proposal;
- e-Store KPI setting and improve gradually, such as PV/UV, click rate, conversion rate, stay timing; Monitor competitors' activities & propose competitive action plan;
- In charge eMKT on online campaign and maximize internal & external resources;
- Trade marketing/planning for products planning and EC Trade marketing program on sample/GWP
- EC discount management/PO and expense control
- Agency and TP management

1、0-1搭建电商平台，制定总体运营方案，独立负责电商平台运营和管理工作；
2、电商平台架构下的私域流量体系的搭建、管理运营和维护；

4、跟据公司发展战略，制订年度运营规划并分解到月度、季度；
任职要求：
1、 有0-1平台搭建经验，小程序，App运营经验，有带TP公司的经验。
