早教指导师

职位描述：

1. 负责日常教学活动，教授幼儿课程，提供教育咨询；

2. 制作课程教案，备课以及课前准备，保证授课质量，维护续班工作；

3. 维护管理教室与教具，整理和归档幼兒的作品；

4. 与学生家长沟通学生的课堂表现；

5. 参与和支援相关销售和市场的活动，支持中心内外的相关活动；

6. 早教项目教学资料的研发；精熟教案，提供教学个案分享；

7. 内部员工之间的沟通；

8. 配合及参与中心提供的在职训练；

9. 始终保持代表早教中心形象的专业的、得体的仪表、语言及行为。

任职要求：

1. 正规院校大专或以上学历毕业

2. 具有优质沟通能力和对幼儿的亲和力；

3. 身体健康, 富有活力，性格外向, 热爱早教事业, 善于观察并理解婴幼儿

4. 形象好，气质佳，有爱心, 对孩子有耐心，热爱幼儿教育事业；

5. 有团队合作精神和责任感、 良好的组织能力和敬业精神；

6. 有较强的学习能力和学习愿望；

7. 具较强的工作稳定性，能适应周末工作;

满足以下条件的应聘者优先考虑：
1）有早教教学经验或教师资格证书者；学前教育专业、或艺术类教育相关背景者优先考虑

2）有英语、电脑、音乐、舞蹈、琴棋书画特长者优先；
3）已为人之母者优先
4）居住长宁、闵行、普陀、青浦、徐汇或静安者优先考虑。

Welcome to HQIS

HQIS first opened its doors as an international school in 1997 in the Shanghai Zoo with just 2 classes and 18 students.

Since then, the student population has increased and the physical facilities have expanded such that HQIS-RBIS has been at a full capacity of 400 students since 2010.
Today, HQIS is now celebrating its move to a new purpose-built campus in the Gubei are of shanghai with more plans for growth.

HQIS continues to evolve. For almost two decades, the early childhood program has been a hallmark of international education for students in the city. HQIS will graduate its first high school class in the year 2020.
