CCP Games上海工作室在为EVE国服项目招聘一位有热情的图形工程师。该职位将负责理解和维护美术素材制作流程，并在整个项目生命周期内帮助完善工作流程。该职位将被要求支持美术团队，创建原型和编写相关工具或系统的文档。

CCP上海目前有数个开发项目并在不断扩张中，所有的CCP上海职位都有广阔的职业发展前景。

工作职责：

• 与美术团队紧密合作。
• 解决美术制作流程中可能出现的技术问题。
• 尽早发现任何可能导致性能的问题。
• 确保满足项目的所有制作要求。
• 协助团队理解如何最有效地使用美术素材的制作流程。

任职要求：

• 5年以上工作经验。
• 计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或同等工作经验
• 深刻理解现代渲染技术，如PBR、延迟渲染，Shader等。
• 具有Python / Lua的经验。
• 具有粒子系统的经验。
• 具备创造力，并能解决3D美术制作流程中的各种技术问题。
• 在协作编程环境中工作的能力。
• 上进心强，能够与大型团体一起工作，也可以在独自完成工作。

加分项：

• 具有Unity / Unreal的经验
• 了解Maya / Max多边形建模，渲染和动画
• 熟练运用英语进行口头和书面沟通
