Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Supports the implementation of GBS Hire to Retire roadmap. Ensures HR system compliance with global standards and ensures high level of HR data quality and data integrity in close cooperation with HR Management within the area of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports GBS Hire to Retire project and process implementations by providing input to HR system changes and assisting in user acceptance testing and training activities
• Ensures HR system data integrity and validity within the area of service
• Provides functional system support to HR users within area of service
• Provides SAP Payroll support to HR users within area of service
• Processes HR system authorization requests
• Analyses and solves functional HR system issues
• Executes on-going access rights audits, and other measurements to ensure high level of HR data integrity and validity
• Runs HR system training sessions and workshops
• Adheres to data maintenance policies and guidelines, as well as to global and local data protection and data privacy regulations
• Attends regular information exchange and feedback sessions within HR solution organization
• Maintains sound business relationship between HR and Global IT
• Coordinate with business and system vendor to ensure relevant change/fix can be completed on time

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above degree in computer science, software engineering or similar major
• 3+ years of work experience within the field of HR IT-Systems
• High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions with SAP-HR/HCM and SuccessFactors
• Knowledge in SAP Payroll solution
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications
• Excellent command of English and local language
• International mindset
• Sound experience in project management
• Strong communication skills

adidas Sports (China) is adidas’ fully-owned subsidiary, of which the trade headquarters is in Shanghai. Moreover, there is a manufacturing plant in Su Zhou, and two facilities in Beijing and Guangzhou. Now, the operation in China has a presence in 27 provinces. In addition, adidas is proud to be a partner of the 2008 Beijing Olympics and also the Chinese National Volleyball Team.
