The assistant role will be supporting Neri&Hu’s marketing team, assisting with internal and external communications, PR stock management and assignments from Public Relations Manager.

        

Key responsibilities

    

1. Research design awards worldwide and prepare submissions;

    

2. Daily update on Neri&Hu’s website;

    

3. Assist with lecture invitations and prepare lecture materials;

    

4. Assist with media database maintenance, archive press clippings regularly and promptly;

    

5. Assist with press packages and press releases;

    

6. Assist coordinating press events, installations and exhibitions;

    

7. Assist PR manager to liaise with international and local media.

        

Skills and experiences

    

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in English, Design or Journalism majoring background;

    

2. Minimum 1 year of assistant or admin experience in design studios or PR agencies;

    

3. Must have excellent organizational and executional skills, refine in details;

    

4. Must be able to meet deadlines and have the ability to adapt and manage time efficiently;

    

5. Highly proactive and responsible. Passion for architecture and design is a plus;

    

6. Native Mandarin speaker with fluent command of English in both oral & written, strong writing and copy editing skills are preferred;

    

7. Strong communication skill with good team spirit;

    

8. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge in Photoshop or In-design is a plus.

申请要求

1. 本科及以上学历，英语、设计或新闻专业优先考虑
2. 在设计事务所或公关机构有一年以上助理经验
3. 需要具备出色的组织和执行能力，追求细节
4. 按时完成工作任务，具有高效的适应力及时间管理能力
5. 工作主动，认真负责，对建筑及设计行业充满热情
6. 中英口语书写能力俱佳，写作及编辑出色者优先
7. 较强的沟通能力和良好的团队合作精神
8. 精通Microsoft Word，Excel 和PowerPoint, 具备Photoshop，In-design技能者优先考虑
